Full red in appearance, this Shiraz offers dense red fruits and blueberry lift on the nose. The palate is medium to full bodied with a tight core of fruit.Warm and juicy, with bold tannin definition and a supple texture, it’s vibrant, soft and fresh.

Aroma：
This Shiraz has an inky, brooding nose with a mix of black plum, dark berry,eucalypt and earth.
Palate:
The palate is very juicy and concentrated yet manages to have both power and elegance showing ripe, earthy black fruits, dark chocolate, ripe tannins and fantastic acid line and length.
Food Matching：
Enjoy this wine with roasted venison, Mediterranean inspired platters and cheese such as a Gruyere .
Wine Summary:
Dark red in the glass, this Shiraz opens with inky blackberry and raspberry jam on the nose. It’s rich, plush and fleshy with a concentrated core of dark, plummy fruit and creamy persistence. There’s a good backbone of acidity providing freshness with velvety tannins and sweet coconutty oak in support.

The palate is rich and deeply-fruited yet still offers elegance and poise with savoury layers of redcurrant and cassis driven by vibrant acidity with underlying notes of tea leaf, earth and spice.

This dark red blend has an inky nose with cassis, earth, violet and cedar aromas. Juicy and textural, it has a vibrant core of varietal cassis, earth and spice. Quite minty with punchy acidity, savoury tannins and a long, toasty finish.
